My name is Jenny Garten and have always been a huge animal lover growing up with cats and dogs and even participating in formalized dog training activities since elementary school. Currently, I have an Australian Shepherd named Basil and a cat named Carmen. When I'm not training my own pup, I train service puppies for Canine Partners for Life and I help clients train their dogs virtually through Wag!  I am also an AKC Canine Good Citizen and Trick Dog Evaluator in addition to being a Therapy Dogs International and Brewery Dog Evaluator.  I am also certified through Woofs of Wisdom, WOW-CDT 002.
 
Working with Basil, I have gained experience with various dog sports such as rally obedience, agility, nose work, disc, tricks, and treibball. Basil is a Canine Good Citizen and a certified therapy dog with Therapy Dogs International.  She also holds the Rally Novice and Trick Dog Advanced Titles, Cynosport Rally Levels 1, 2 & 3 and Level 1 Champion title, ARCH (all rally champion) and have completed the Do More With Your Dog Animal Actor Level 2.
 
I've enjoyed taking classes with Woof of Wisdom and am excited to join the team. Training and effective communication helps to strengthen the relationship you have with your dog and I hope you help you achieve your training goals.
